Violet Shades of Shakespeare at Easter 28/03/26 - 12/04/26

Violet Shades of Shakespeare at Easter

Did you know violets appear in the works of William Shakespeare? He wrote about their delicate beauty and sweet scent in his plays and poems, celebrating a flower that he would have seen growing in the woods and hedgerows around him.

This Family Friendly activity runs from 28th March to 12th April and costs £3 in addition to an entry ticket.  Your craft pack includes a terracotta pot, compost, and a violet seed.

Decorating will take place in the Master’s Chamber, where all materials will be provided.
