National Lottery Open Week 2024

In 2016 we underwent a monumental transformation, from a school library, to an incredible visitor attraction which showcases some of the Town's most important history, for all to see.

It is only thanks to National Lottery players that we were able to achieve this, by recieveing £1.8m of your money. So, this week, we join thousands of other attractions to say thank you to everyone who has ever bought a lottery ticket.

If you come to the Guildhall between the 9th and 17th of March, with a lottery ticket or scratchcard (either valid or expired), we will give you an extra entry ticket if you purchase a full price one.

• One seperate lottery ticket (or scratchcard) and one, seperate, full priced Schoolroom entry ticket required for each seperate free entry ticket given. For example; 
• The free entry ticket will always be the cheapest ticket in the order.
